Leon Wieland - Owner/CFO

B.S. Engineering; University of Michigan 1972
With over 38 years of combined experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, Leon brings a wealth of knowledge on how to tackle any problem, big or small. He spent 25 years with General Motors (left in 1993 as Manufacturing Manager of Saturn Corporation) and fourteen years with Wilsonart International, building and acquiring operations around the globe as Senior Vice President of World Wide Operations. He brings the leadership and know-how to continue to take Pavecoat to the next level.

Jon Wieland - COO

B.S. Biology; University of the South (Sewanee) 1999
Jon has 10 years plus combined experience in sales, marketing and management in the commercial construction sector since graduating in 1999. Jon has managed projects for local contractors (Doster Construction, Chase Design Build) as well as Ideal Contracting out of Detroit, MI. Jon serves as the main point of contact for the owner/contractor from the beginning of the project to its completion, and is heavily involved in all project estimating.

Jared Wieland - Sales/Marketing

B.S. Business; University of Mary Hardin Baylor 2005
Jared gained valuable sales and marketing experience in his three-and-a-half years selling for Wilsonart International in their flooring division, most recently here in Nashville, TN. Jared is heavily involved with many local business development and trade organizations, and continues to assist the organization in its growth in the middle Tennessee marketplace.

Rod Jordan - General Manager

Civil Engineering Randolph University 1966
With forty plus years of civil contracting experience in all phases, Rod oversees all of Pavecoat’s field operations with the trained eye that gives us a distinct advantage over the competition. Rod is heavily involved in project estimating, but never strays too far from the action, as one of the most skilled equipment operators in the area.
